We have several grades. We supply PRIME, 1-Bis, Rustic A, Rustic AB and Rustic. The more character you like in the floor, the more Rustic you should go. PRIME is the cleanest of boards without any knots, but it also may look somewhat boring. Eevery tree has branches, these will result in knots. Some may call this a “defect”, but this is absolutely not the case. Knots, mineral streaks, flecking, heartwood cracks, etc., all paint a picture of the unique life cycle of a tree and its subsequent pieces. It makes every board and floor unique, and brings back true nature to your homes. Real, living material.
